Numbers will vary if you change the menu details, but by leaving your contact information at the end of this form and submitting the request, our Catering Manager will follow up by email to confirm the date. Catering orders with lemonade must be placed at least one week in advance of requested delivery date and be a minimum of 20 servings.
House Made Lemonade requires a minimum of 20 servings.

Need your event staffed?
Recommended for groups of 60+. Cost is $2.25 per each event guest to staff your event. Staff member sets up the buffet and remains for the duration to keep the buffet orderly and keeps hotel pans full. Once everyone has eaten, staff member will pack up your leftovers before departing.

Catering orders for sandwich boxes available only for 10+ boxes. Please add some more!

Catering is not available for more than 100 sandwich boxes at a time. A BBQ Plate buffet may be a better option for your event!

Each box meal also includes housemade BBQ potato chips, snickerdoodle cookie, wrapped mint, napkin and plasticware.

Ready By Time
Box Lunches – The time you will pick-up or the time you want us to arrive when requesting delivery. Buffet – the time you want the buffet ready to serve. We arrive at least 30 minutes early to allow for setup. Larger staffed events may require up to 60 minutes. Enter time you want to eat if you’re in the Event Room and B&T’s.
Desired Equipment Pickup Time
This will be discussed with the delivery driver and same day pick-up cannot be later than 8:00pm. Enter time event will end if you’re in the Event Room and B&T’s.
